I order my Zen Bowling cd in December 2006. After the first week I could see the different in my game. I was more relax the mental rehearsal track on the cd was awesome, by mentally going thought the steps of bowling a 300 game and actually hearing the sounds of the pin falling is was if was real. After a week my game had improver so dramatically I decided to take a personal training session at the Zen Bowling Academy with Coach Bowen in January 2007.
